For a very long time, I have been looking to break into the IT field and dreaming of a career in a global tech profession not bound by the constraints of geography. Yet, each time I would take a peek into this mystical world, I was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of options, and how far the rabbit hole goes down each one. Getting over the most common stereotypes around the IT profession was even harder.
